Courtney does all the normal things a Telecommunicator does. She is also trains new hires and full time employees on all disciplines. She loves doing and helping others. Courtney is a delightful person to be around, fun loving, and is a great teammate. She is very team orientated which is hard to find. She never hesitates to help out when questions arise. She reports things to the Administration in which will make a difference for all involved.

Courtney plays as a fox in our Public Education to Kindgergarten through second grades at all schools in Davidson County on her off time. This helps kids understand 911 and the proper way to use it. She is very energetic in this role and does a great job. Only a few people want to help on their off time with this vital part of our organization.

Courtney has been employed since 2007 and does a great job. She is always the highest person in our center on taking phone calls and really works hard at doing her part.

Jamison does all the functions of a normal Telecommunicator on a daily basis. She also is a trainer for the new hires. This is a very important aspect for the center. She understands that one day soon this person will be helping her, her team and the public with their problems. She is very passionate about training along with being stern. She has been employed for over three years and has moved to assistant supervisor status. Jamison works very well with her peers and tries to help when ever needed. She does this in an unintimidating fashion. She works very well with the Administrative staff and always is thinking of ways to improve this organization.

She has taken upon herself to make a binder with all sorts of information that will assist her team. This includes memos, directives, e-mails, and protocols that are hard to understand. Jamison is a excellent multi-tasker, willing to take on extra projects, and assists in any way possible.

On her time off she assists her community as a Volunteer Fireman and a working mother. She takes it upon herself to give praise by giving out prizes, such as a gold star for doing a good job to her co-workers. She is very motivated. She has a great sense of humor and relaxes the team when things hit the fan. She is just a delightful person to be around. Jamison has been employed since 2008.
