 Davidson County began implementation of its Performance Based Budgeting (PBB) program in 2000.
The program saves taxpayer dollars, creates efficiencies and delivers improved governmental services by allowing county departments to
develop budgets that focus on service delivery goals, quantifiable objectives and performance measures, instead of traditional measures
such as outputs or workloads.
