The Davidson County Fire Marshal's office is pleased to present the availability of permit forms online.  This section will be having new items added constantly so check back often for your permit needs.  To use these forms, download the pdf, print them off, fill them out, and return to the Fire Marshal's office located at 935 N Main Street in Lexington.  The forms we currently have are:
