The Ambulance Collection division of the Davidson County Finance Department is responsible for the collection for ambulance services provided by the Emergency Services Department. Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday except for County approved holidays.
Payments can be made with cash, check, debit and credit cards. We take VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card information may be taken over the phone. We file all health insurances, worker's compensation, and auto insurance claims if provided with the insurance information.
