Description:
Commercial building requirements are as follows: All contractors, owners architects or any one applying for a permit to construct a commercial building will be required to submit four sets of complete drawings. One set of drawings will remain in the inspections office. One set of drawings will be returned to the applicant and must remain on the job during the construction process. Two sets of drawings will be forwarded to the Fire Marshall for his review. A permit will not be issued without for sets of plans and a certificate of occupancy will not be issued until all trades including fire have received the final inspection and have been approved.
