Description:
Signs that will require an Engineer's seal are as follows: Signs larger than 32 square feet, signs higher than 8 feet above ground, signs supported on one pole or post, signs adhered to a building.
Required documentation for a Building permit: Site Plan, Footings & Foundation Details, Wind Load or Design Pressure.
Ground Signs of concrete and Masonry: Site Plan and Footing details.
All signs for a commercial application require a Plan Review and a Building Permit. All signs with electrical lights require an Electrical Permit as well. |
