Each Spring the Davidson County Parks and Recreation Department offers three age groups (9-10, 11-12, and 13-14) in our youth baseball program. Sign-ups start in early February, contact your local booster club to see when and where they are holdings their sign-ups. The season starts in late April and runs through late June. Games are played during the week and on Saturday's at recreation and booster club facilities. We play National Federatin High School rules, with local exceptions. Davidson County Parks and Recreation Department does not sponsor or oversee the local Davidson County Babe Ruth league.

Description:
The Davidson County Recreation and Parks Department offers three age catergories in our youth baseball program. 9 and 10- Any child is eligible if they are 9 years of age on or before April 30 of the playing season and are not 11 prior to the April 30 of the playing season. 11 and 12- Any child is eligible if they are 11 years of age on or before April 30 of the playing season and are not 13 prior to the April 30 of the playing season. 13 and 14- Any child is eligible if they are 13 years of age on or before April 30 of the playing season and are not 15 prior to the April 30 of the playing season. All age groups are two (2) years of eligibility; all participants must play where their age places them. All games are played on local booster club and county-owned facilities. Games are played Monday through Saturday. Games are played under National High School Federation rules with local exceptions.
