Congregate Nutrition Program
The Congregate Nutrition Program is open to all Davidson County residents 60 and older. We provide a hot nutritious catered lunch Monday - Friday. The sites are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with lunch being served at approximately 11:00. Various daily activities are also offered such as informative speeches, health promotions, games, exercise, and entertainment.
Meals must be reserved in advance. Transportation is provided to all locations. There is no set charge for the meal however donations are accepted and go toward the cost of the meal. No one is ever refused due to inability to contribute.
